  一、概述: JD-80A型万能钻头刃磨机是用来修磨钻头的专用设备。我公司生产的JD-80A型万能钻头刃磨机以其轻小、灵活、精确、高效、实用、耐久、等一系列到之处赢得了广大用户的赞赏。 本机良好的刚性、精密的定位、合理的结构,使重磨钻头的几何角度、表面精糙度都得到了可靠的保证。巧妙的设计使本机操作极为简单可靠,一用就会,完全排除了凭技术磨钻头的人为因素。 据使用单位抽样调查考证,使用本机后,公节约磨钻头的自身损耗及砂轮损耗,工时损耗和钻头耐用度的提高,按每天使用3~4小时计算,一个月就收回了买机的成本。如果考虑到磨好的标准钻头,可提高工效,减少废品损失等因素,其经济效益更不可估量。 由于本机结构紧凑、体积小、工作平稳,无噪声,因而除作为钻头刃磨专机外,还可以通过更换砂轮品种和修正砂轮形状来用作其它刀具的刃磨或各种工艺品的成型磨削。
  1 Ⅰ.Descriptionin brief:
  This drill grinder is a special equipment for resharpening drills.JD-80A drill grinder, Which produced by our Co & Germany Co,wins praise from customers for its smart, accurate, effective reliable, longlasting and low-cost features. The geometric forms and surface roughness of drill resharpened can be guaranteed by high rigidity, accurate positioning and ratilnal structure of this grinder. Lt is very easy for an operator, even an unskilled,to get point of operation by means of its magic design. According to Some users investigation the cost to buy this machine can be paid off within one month by saving 3 or 4 working hrs a day through reducing waer of drill, grinding wheel, etc… Taking into consideration of that a standard reground drill can improve working speed and quality , its economic benefit will be greater than above mentioned. Apart from being a special drill grinder it can also be used for grinding other cutters or crafts by changing kinds of grinding wheels or dressed forms of grinding wheels.

  三、操作
  1、 砂轮有正、反转,可按需要选择转向。
  2、 钻头装夹:将夹持体取下,松开滚花螺杆并将钻头插入,使伸出10-15mm,拧螺杆使之被轻微夹住,再使钻头刃口对址夹持体上的刻线(图2),最后将螺杆拧紧。
  3、将夹持体定位销孔插入支座定位销,并靠到端面,便可绕定位销摇摆转动(图3)
  4、 旋动进给手轮9,使钻头刃口接近砂轮后启动砂轮,再旋手轮9,同时摇摆夹持体,完成单面刃口磨削进给。直到钻头主刃全部磨出。
  5、 记住进给轮9时的进刀刻度,然后让支座先退离砂轮将夹持体取下,翻转1800后再插入定位销,重复前面的操作,但要比上次进刀刻度多进2-3格,磨到没有火花为止。
  6、 为了保证刃磨的对称,最后再将夹持体翻转达180重复修磨已经磨过的一面,直到没有火花。
  7、 刀刃偏离调整基准,可改变后角大小,钻头略向右转曾大后角,钻头略向左转减减少后角。
  8、 阶梯钻的刃磨(图4) 刃磨前面一节钻头时,方法如前所述,刃磨第二节钻刃时,方法如前所述,刃磨第二节钻刃时,使钻刃与刻线平行,然后将钻头越过砂轮,通过调节手轮9、11使钻头与砂轮保持相对位置,再旋转夹持体进行磨削。
  9、 钻头顶角的调整 适应不同加工材料的要求,钻顶角常用118,130和80,只要使支架座与底面的角度刻度对平即可。
  10、 硬质合金钻头的刃磨(图5)(图6) 刃磨硬质合金钻头需用金刚砂轮,钻头的装夹与普通钻头相同,但钻刃按(图5)对准刻钱。夹持体同样插入定位销后,根据钻孔材料选择夹持体上的上下曙孔用螺钉10拧住,(夹持体不转)然后旋转手轮9进给磨削,一面磨好后翻转180磨另一面。
  11、 砂轮修正(图9) 取下夹持体,并调整支架位置(图9),再将修正器按图示位置用螺钉10装上,调节手轮9,使金刚钻接近砂轮,摆动修正器,通过螺杆9进给,即可进行砂轮修正。若修正砂轮园周面,需松开紧固螺钉2.2a将砂轮轴旋转90后再进行操作。(注意:修正时要使修正器始终靠向前面一边修正)
  12、 横刃修磨(图8) 将麻花占装入夹持体,使之伸出2-5cm并夹紧,将夹持体装到销6上再用螺钉10固定在支架的上螺孔内,松开手柄7。准确调整使横刃略高于砂轮内周边的中线(图8),通过向前移动支架滑座8,用砂轮内周边开出所需要的横刃槽因操作时要注意砂轮旋转方向应始终背离刀刃。
  13、 金属薄板钻,木头钻和二铣刀刃。这两种钻头及铣刀的刃磨,建议用修正过的成型砂轮(参照图11)。  Ⅲ.Operation:
 1,C.W or C.C.W rotational directions of grinding wheel can be selected according to the needs. 2.Drill holding: After taking the holder off loosen the knurled screw first and insert the drill into the holder but keep the drill projeting by about 10----15mm beyond the holder edge. Now turn the knurled screw so that the drill can be clamper slightly and then as shown in Fig 2 enable cutting edge of the drill to be aligned with the scale marks of the holder. Finally, fasten the knurled screw. 3,Fit the positoning hole of the holder with the plsitioning pin on the prism. Now the holder can swing around the positioning pin as shown in Fig.3. 4,Turn screw 9 until cut-ting edge of the drill approaches the grinding wheel and then start grinding wheel running. Now turn screw 9 and swing the holder at the same time to make single flank grinding until the edge is completely ground. 5,Remender the feed scale mark when turnning screw 9 and take the prism rest out of the grinding wheel and remove the prism. The prism now is re-versed by 180and then put the positioning pin into the prism, repeating the above mentioned operations However, for this time the feed scale mark should be more than last time by 2----3 marks until no spark is visible. 6.ln order to achieve the highest possible cutting edge symmetry the prism should be again reversed by 180° so that the other side preground can be ground again until no spark is visible. 5 7,Tht relief angle may be changed by deviating from the basic adjustment. The bigger relief angle can be obtained by revoving the drill to the left slightly and the less relief angle by revoving the drill to the right. 8,Step drill grinding: When grinding the 1-st step of the drill the method is the same as the above mentioned. However. when grinding the 2-nd step the cutting edge should, be aligned in parallel with the scale mark of adjustment and the drill inside the prism is then pushed forwards until the drill passes by the wheel Now turn the screws 9& 11 so that fine adjustment of the drill in relation to the wheel can be achieved and , finally, start grinding when swing the prism.(see Fig,4) 9,Adjustment of point angle: To meet the needs lf different materials to be drilled the point angles mostly used are those of 118,130,and 80 degrees. The point angle adjustment can be easily made by aligning the prist rest with a corresponding scale mark on the slider for prism rest. 10,Carbide drill grinding (see Fig.5&6):Carbide drill should be ground with diamond grinding wheel. The holding of this drill is the same as that of normal drills. However .its cutting edge must be alignde with the scale marks according to Fig.5.After fitting the positioning pin into the holder select suitable upper and lower threa ded holes on the holder according to the materials to be drilled and fasten the holder with screw 10,Keep the holder stationary and turn screw 9 to make grinding feed. After one flank of the drill has been ground the prism should be reversed by 180and the other flank of the drill now can be ground. 11,Grinding wheel dressing (see Fig.9):Take the holder off and adjust position of the prism rest as shown in Fig.9.Then mount the wheel dresser on the prism as shown in Fig.9 and adjust screw 9 so that the diamond pen can approach the grinding wheel. Now swing the diamond pen and at the same time turn screw 9 to fullful wheel end face dressing. if you want to dress periphery of wheel, you should loosen fastening screws 2 & 2a frist and then reverse the axis of the wheel by 90to carry out operation. 12,Cross edge resharpening (see Fig.8):Clamp the twist drill with the holder, projecting by 2---5vm.Fit the holder with positioning pin 6 and then fix the holder in the upper threaded hold with screw 10 (see Fig.8). 13,For sheet metal drill wood e drill and milling cutter: For the above mentioned drills and cutter, it is recommended to use the dressed form grinding wheels (see Fig.11)
